A close monitoring of ripeness
From the vine to the bottle, we take great care at every step of the production of our wines. We particularly focus on the monitoring of the ripeness of the grapes, which enables to obtain the complexity found in great wines. For the whites, it is about waiting until the vine has consolidated the maximum aromas to provide the freshness that will enhance the structure of the wine. The red grapes are harvested when they have the right tannin potential, at a stage in the plant's cycle when the plant notes have disappeared.
Our aim is the taste
The aromas of our wines need to be precise, deep, elegant and generous. Our aim is to reveal elaborate textures, significant lengths and complexities. Our bottles condense what awakens our senses every day: the numerous smells of the garrigue, the sea view, the rough cut of the massif, the isolation suitable for self-reflection and contemplation. The various awards received since our first vintages acknowledge our search for authenticity and the quest for a unique taste.
